How to Brew

Steep one heaped teaspoon of chamomile flowers in freshly boiled water (90°C) for 5–7 minutes. Strain and enjoy as is, or add a drizzle of honey and a slice of lemon to enhance the natural floral sweetness. A truly restorative ritual, cup after cup.
