How to Brew

Steep one heaped teaspoon of dried hibiscus flowers in freshly boiled water for 5–7 minutes. Strain and sweeten with honey or agave to balance the natural tartness. For a showstopping iced hibiscus tea, brew double strength, pour over ice, and finish with a squeeze of lime and a sprig of fresh mint.
